Menteri Keuangan Sri Mulyani semringah melihat realisasi Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) yang moncer hingga Maret 2023. Hal tersebut tercermin dari surplus APBN yang mencapai Rp 1,28 persen dari produk domestik bruto (PDB).
“Posisi APBN kita sampai akhir Maret masih mengalami surplus Rp 128,5 triliun atau 0,61 persen dari PDB,” kata Sri Mulyani dalam konferensi pers, Senin (17/4).
Bendahara negara tersebut merinci, pendapatan negara tumbuh 26,3 persen atau senilai Rp 647,2 triliun. Kemudian, secara keseluruhan belanja negara juga tumbuh Rp 518,7 triliun atau 16,9 persen.
“Di sisi lain, keseimbangan primer juga surplus Rp 228,8 triliun,” jelasnya.
Sebelumnya, Sri Mulyani memproyeksikan pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia di kuartal I 2023 diprediksi masih bisa menyentuh 5 persen. Secara keseluruhan, pemerintah menargetkan pertumbuhan ekonomi di tahun ini bisa di rentang 5-5,3 persen.
“Untuk kuartal I kita masih berharap masih mendekati 5 persen terutama di consumption-nya masih kuat. Meskipun kita mewaspadai terutama ekspor yang menguasai dari sisi level gross-nya cukup tinggi,” kata dia dalam konferensi pers APBN Kita, Selasa (14/3).
Sri Mulyani mengatakan, momen Ramadhan dan Idul Fitri akan menjadi pendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi di kuartal 1 tahun ini. Meskipun hanya memberikan efek seasonal, musiman, terhadap ekonomi, momentum hari raya keagamaan ini dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap nilai gross.
“Kita lihat dalam 1,5 bulan ke depan. Karena kita masuk lebaran ini juga akan memberikan efek seasonal musiman yang positif, nanti juga presiden akan mengumumkan terkait THR dalam beberapa minggu ke depan ini juga akan memberikan dampak positif terhadap gross,” tutur Sri Mulyani.
